Illustrations for Ortaklaşa: Culture, Dialogue and Support Programme.

It is a programme implemented by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) and supported by the European Union. The programme aims to develop dialogue and collaborations between Non-Governmental Organizations and municipalities working in the field of cultural and arts in Turkey through joint projects. A further aim of the programme is to promote the creation of inclusive and participatory cultural policies at the local level. In order to achieve these objectives, the programme has three complementary pillars: Learning Programme, Sub-grant Programme, and Dialogue Programme.
